2024 Ready Set Tennis Host Application
Please note that to hold a Ready Set Tennis clinic a minimum of 6 players will need to be registered. If less than 6 are registered we will either refund their money or move them to a later clinic.

We will pay for a second pro with a minimum of 14 registered, a third pro with a minimum of 21 registered, a fourth pro with a minimum of 28 registered, and so on.

If a pro is to be directly paid, then a W-9 must be completed and returned to vinson@alabamata.com in order to receive payment. We can also pay a facility or CTA.
