Entrants or their industry partners may nominate a person or company for consideration.

Entries will be judged on the candidate’s positive aspects and measurable work performance.

Entry Requirements

• Completed Form containing written statement describing exemplary performance and achievement.
• Please include a color photo of candidate
• Candidate Interviews will be held Online on March 13

Note: Video or written responses maybe submitted in lieu of interview 

Those nominated will be invited to Interview OR submit a video or written responses answering three interview questions:

What are you most proud of?
