Research Fee Agreement To perform the professional services required to design and arrange your travels, a $20.00 research fee per adult and $10.00 per child is required. The fee is non-refundable. Vacation planning involves a great deal of time. Our work is based on years of personal experience and professional expertise. We research cruises, hotels, tours, and activities to meet your specific needs, contact suppliers, coordinate transportation, draft itineraries, and more. We provide itineraries, vacation plans, and tailored travel arrangements that give travelers peace of mind and save time. Once TRAVEL PLANET PARADISE has constructed your itinerary, you are free to shop it on the internet or wherever you would like. If you choose not to book through us for any reason (decided not to go, booked elsewhere, etc.), then the fee will be retained by us as payment for services rendered. The research fee is valid for 30 days (including one destination change). Otherwise, we will consider the request canceled. If you reconvene anytime after that, a new research fee will be due. All itineraries will be emailed within 7-10 business days unless you request an expedited itinerary. There is an extra fee for expedited quotes, $20 per adult and $10 per child.

RESEARCH FEE BREAKDOWN 

Research fees are not applied to your balance. 

Once the research fee is obtained and flight arrangements are secured, TRAVEL PLANET PARADISE will: 

1) Send flight itinerary information 

2) Check all parties in for flights 

3) Communicate any travel changes via email or text (your preference)

4) Send a courtesy 24 hour before reminder with travel documents

By signing the research fee form you are hereby agreeing to this Agreement and its terms listed herein: 

1) The authorization & disclosure is not considered complete until you execute this form. 

2) We will not commence any planning until the research Fee has been paid, and we will not continue planning if research fees are due. 

3) Your quotes/proposals/itineraries cannot be released until this form is executed and returned. 

4) If you refuse travel insurance, you understand you are responsible for any cancellation penalties and out-of-pocket expenses. You will also make your own provisions in the event of an emergency while traveling, including flights, hotels, car rentals, excursions, etc.

5) Once you receive your quote and agree to move forward, you have 24 hours to review it and make any changes. If you need to make any additional changes once the booking is secured, there will be a $40 inconviece fee per passenger making changes. 

6) I understand there will be one lead passenger for this booking. If someone else wants to become the lead passenger, there will be a $40 inconvenience fee per passenger. 

7) I agree with the above terms and conditions and engage TRAVEL PLANET PARADISE to research my vacation plans. 

8) I understand the travel advisor has 7-10 business to complete my quote and make any changes. 

9) I understand if I would like expedited services, I can pay the $20 fee.

10) I agree that the research fee is nonrefundable. 

11) Furthermore, I understand a new research fee will be charged should I initiate any new requests after 30 days.
