Time Off & Leave Policy Overview (Effective 2026)
𩺠Paid Sick Leave (PSL)
Employees earn 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked, accrued each pay period. Paid Sick Leave may be used beginning on the 90th day of employment.
Limits & Accrual
Use is limited to 40 hours (5 days) per year
Accrual is capped at 80 hours (10 days)
Unused PSL carries over to the next benefit year
š“ Paid Time Off (PTO)
As of January 1, 2026, Legacy Concierge no longer offers PTO accrual.
Any PTO accrued prior to January 1, 2026 is grandfathered
Previously accrued PTO may still be used with approval
Requests should be submitted at least two weeks in advance, when possible
š¤ Bereavement Leave
As of January 1, 2026, Legacy Concierge provides eligible employees with up to five (5) days of unpaid bereavement leave.
Eligibility Requirement
Employees must have been employed by Legacy Concierge for at least 30 days prior to the start of bereavement leave.
š Unpaid Time Off
Unpaid time off may be requested when:
No paid leave is available, or
Special circumstances apply
Notice Requirement
Employees should request unpaid time off at least two weeks in advance, when possible.

All requests are subject to staffing needs and policy review
When combining leave types, employees must specify the order of use
