WARRANTY:
Maryland Performance Products Transmissions are covered by a 3-year unlimited mile warranty from the original date of purchase. Warranty covers defects in material and/or workmanship and Maryland Performance Products reserves the right to repair or replace at its discretion. During the first year Maryland Performance Products will cover shipping both ways. During the second and third year Maryland Performance Products covers repair or replacement of the transmission only and customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways. Warranty does not cover fluids or filters. Maryland Performance Products is not responsible for labor.
Maryland Performance Products reserves the right to deny warranty claims due to faulty installation, accidents, low fluid levels, abuse, neglect, or improper TCM tuning. Aftermarket TCM tuning will not be covered unless one of the Maryland Performance Products recommended tuners is used. Call for details. Maryland Performance Products does not reimburse towing costs, airline tickets, hotels, or rental car expenses.
Maryland Performance Products reserves the right to amend this warranty at any time.
- To register your warranty this packet needs to be returned to Maryland Performance Products within 30 days of purchase.
- To receive full manufacturer's warranty transmission must have been purchased at full retail price as listed on MarylandPerformanceProducts.com
- End user filling out this form must have proof of purchase at full retail price as listed on MarylandPerformanceProducts.com
- Transmissions must be installed by a trained professional.
- Transmission is supplied with a new transmission cooler.
- All lines must be blown out and the secondary coolant system must be refilled. Failure to do so will result in overheating.
- Only use Mercon LV Transmission Fluid.
- New valve body tag must be programmed to TCM with Ford IDS.
- Adaptive tables must be cleared.
- New Torque Converter must be used at time of install.
