HMM School Session Enquiry Form

Please read the notes below before submitting your form

• Our sessions and further details are all available on our website (including schedule, price, and FAQ). Invoices are generated by Harrow Council once the booking is confirmed.
• We offer slots on Thursday and Friday in term time only. Please give us a range of dates as we do get booked up!
• Session slots are available morning (10 – 11:30) or afternoon (12:30 - 14:00). Generally, we only accept two classes on the same day (one class going round the Museum, the other having a taught session).
• Lunch spaces are provided free, but rubbish must be repacked and taken home, and the space must be left clean and tidy (it’s the same space we teach in!)
• If you wish to come and look round the Museum as well as your session, please answer ‘yes’ to the Self-Guided Visit question. Classes must be split into two groups of 15 to access the Museum.
• We provide trails to aid Self-Guided visits. Please indicate whether you wish to purchase these from us: £15 KS1, £20 KS2 per class or will you be printing these at school.
• Please inform us of any additional needs that we should take into consideration when delivering your visit. Please inform us if any of your staff or pupils cannot manage stairs as our teaching space is upstairs but can be transferred if necessary.
• How are you planning on coming for your visit? If it’s by coach, we will arrange for a member of staff to open barriers for you.
• If you are happy to give us percentage of BAME/ free school meals in your class, this would be helpful data for our funders.

This is an enquiry form only. We will get back to you with confirmation of dates and times, copies of our risk assessment, trails and your schedule. We will invoice for your booking once confirmations are completed.
