Requirements for PSRC Endorsement of an Educational Event
1. Any individual, group or organization that seeks endorsement by the PSRC for their event must do so by sending a request and a program outline to the PSRC Executive Director at least 90 days prior to the event.
2. The educational program’s brochure must have the PSRC clearly visible along with the followin g statement: “The educational content of this program has been endorsed by the PSRC.”
3. The PSRC will not receive revenues nor be responsible, for expenses related to the event in any way.
4. The educational program shall provide a booth or other space and all ow a representative(s) from the PSRC Board of Directors to attend the event free of charge to promote AARC / PSRC membership and professional activities.
5. The educational program must obtain CRCE accreditation from the AARC and must provide a discounted registration for AARC/PSRC members.
6. PSRC endorsement of a program indicates that the educational component of the program has been reviewed and approved by the PSRC. No other activities are included in this endorsement.
7. The PSRC offers three levels of endorsement including: Silver, Gold & Platinum. Payment for Gold or Platinum endorsement must be received prior to the fulfillment of any endorsement benefits. Checks should be made payable
to the PSRC and mailed to: PSRC, c/o 412 Edgehill Road, York, PA 17403. Payment is also available by credit card (See Below).
8. The PSRC reserves the right to deny endorsement at any time. The PSRC may deny endorsement of any event scheduled on a date that falls within 30 days of a similar PSRC sponsored or endorsed event. The location of the
similar event and target audience will be taken into consideration as part of decision to support or deny request.
PSRC Endorsement Benefits – Silver Level ($100)
• Listing of the event on the PSRC website under the “Endorsed Events” link.
• Permission to use the PSRC logo on program brochure indicating endorsement of the educational component of the program by the PSRC. Note: The PSRC logo may not be altered in any way.
PSRC Endorsement Benefits – Gold Level ($250 / event)
• Mailing list for the region surrounding the event.
• Listing of the event on the PSRC website under “Endorsed Events” link.
• Permission to use the PSRC logo on program brochure indicating endorsement of the educational component of the program by the PSRC.
• Listing on the PSR C website’s events calendar.
• Link to program provider’s website (if available) on the PSRC website.
• Link to program brochure that can be downloaded from the PSRC website.
• Advertisement via the PSRC page on Facebook.
PSRC Endorsement Benefits – Platinum Level ($1,000 / event)
• Listing of the event on the PSRC website under “Endorsed Events” link.
• Permission to use the PSRC logo on program brochure indicating endorsement of the educational component of the program by the PSRC.
• Prominent listing on the PSRC website’s education page and events calendar.
• An exclusive email announcement sent to all PSRC members with a valid email address 30 days prior to event.
• Link to program provider’s website (if available) on the PSRC website.
• Link to program brochure that can be downloaded from the PSRC website.
• Advertisement via the PSRC page on Facebook.
• Registration confirmation on the PSRC website (updated at least weekly).
• Credit card event registration for attendees with registration update forwarded to program chair (credit card fee subtracted from registration fee by card processing company – approximately 3%).
The PSRC reserves the right to change this policy at any time. Endorsements signed & accepted by the PSRC prior to any changes are exempt from any policy change.
