Thank you for your interest in adopting a dog currently fostered with Inuyoga. This questionnaire helps me find you the right dog! There is no wrong answer. I deal with many dogs that simply end up in the wrong homes, through no fault of their own. The more I know about your desired lifestyle with your new canine companion, the better I can prevent that happening to them again. All dogs are placed based on lifestyle and never by appearance.

To adopt is a 3 step process:

You will be required to travel to meet the potential dog(s). This is conducted in the Niagara Region of Ontario. Depending on the needs of the individual dog and/or if you have existing dogs, this may mean more than one visit.

***Adoption Requirements***

All dogs adopted through Inugoya are required to attend professional obedience classes within 2 weeks of adoption. No matter your level of experience, we want the bond to start off right. You will be asked to provide information below, on the facility you wish to use. Please research this, and have the information ready prior to returing the application.

All adopters are required to obtain and maintain pet insurance for the life of the adopted pet. Please make sure you have researched your options and provide the information below. We use and recommend Trupanion, but all providers are vaild.
