  • Once your registration is complete and reviewed, we will send you a confirmation email with the invoice. 

    Monetary payments are required once invoice has been sent out.
    Vendor refunds will be available in the case of cancellations (unable to attend) with a 25% administration fee. There are no refunds on advertisements or sponsor packages. Sponsor promotions begin once registration is complete. Food vendors will receive a full refund of their deposit after attending the event.

    All in-depth details of the above choices will be found in the sponsor/vendor info packages you have received prior to entering this form.

    Please note that your Vendors booth is just a space, as the vendor you are required to provide your own set up (tent, chairs, tables etc...). Electricity is an extra charge and not available in every area.

    Need a camping spot? This can be reserved via a separate form when camping is open for booking in June. Please indicate below if you need notifying.
