While this event is intended to be educational and fun, certain responsibilities are accepted while participating in this event. By submitting this form, you agree that the participating student will properly handle the equipment as instructed during the opening session of each camp. Failure to comply will result in immediate dismissal from camp without refund or recourse. You also release Midland Christian School and all affiliated parties from any liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action related to any loss or injury that may be sustained while participating in the camp.
