Please use this form to register to attend the 2025 Outdoor Economy Conference, which will be held September 15-18 in Cherokee, NC at the Cherokee Convention Center, 123 Harrahs Service Dr, Cherokee, NC 28719.

This form is set up to handle one person at a time; for multiple attendees, please register each one separately.

For companies and organizations interested in purchasing tickets in bulk (5 or more), please contact staff@outdooreconomy.org.

Refund and Transfer Policies

Refund Policy - Refunds will be offered based on the following schedule:
- Through August 15, 2025 (30 days prior to start): Refunds may be requested via email to noah@mountainbizworks.org, and 100% of purchase price will be refunded.
- August 16 - September 8, 2025 (between 30 and 7 days prior to start): Refunds may be requested via email to noah@mountainbizworks.org, and 50% of purchase price will be refunded.
- After September 8, 2025: No refunds will be granted. Tickets may be transferred ($75 fee) between 9/9 and 9/14.
Ticket Transfers:
- Deadline For No-Cost Ticket Transfers Is 7 Calendar Days (9/7/25) Prior To Event Start (9/15/25).
- Ticket transfers requested between 9/8/2025 and 9/14/2025 will be subject to a $75 transfer charge.
- No Tickets Will Be Transferred After 9/14 (including at the event)
