I, First Name Last Name , hereby accept the terms of membership within the Student Interest Group Awesome Accessibility Advocates (A3) as follows:
- I am personally accountable for my own words and actions. While the group is here to support and facilitate learning, educating myself is a personal responsibility.
- I am willing to be held to the standards of inclusivity and accountability of A3 as well as the Student Rights and Responsibilities outlined in the Saybrook Student Handbook.
- I am willing to be reflective of my behaviors without assigning blame.
  If I feel have an issue with either an individual, multiple members, or the group at large, I will follow APA Guidelines for reconciling conflict with the party or parties in question.
- I will uphold humanistic principles and respect the dignity and autonomy of both myself and others; this includes respecting confidentiality and privacy for all members by withholding from sharing, posting, or communicating in any way details of another’s experience.
- I endeavor to work collaboratively with all members of the group to foster an inclusive, accessible, and accountable environment that extends towards the discovery and promotion of University wide initiatives in this regard.
