New Applicants: Include at least 3 pictures of your product and booth display. Be sure your pictures show a good amount of detail of your work and your booth display. Returning Applicants: Provide pictures of any new products that you are wanting to add to your booth.

Show Fees: You must choose a size space that you are wanting to apply for. If you are interested in renting a booth (instead of bringing a tent), mark the booth rental box and if one is available we will let you know. Applicants who are invited to do the show, are only accepted and space or booth reserved once show fees are paid in full. Invoices will be emailed and must be paid wihtin 7 days. Please note there will be a 3.5% service charge for card transactions.*

12' x 10' space- $43518' x 10' space-$63524' x 10' space- $835Booth Rental Fee- $125 (optional and in addition to the above space fee). There is a limited number of rentals and structures will vary in look and design.

The undersigned exhibitor and his/her agent (s) and assigns agree hereby to indemnify and hold harmless Prairie Peddler Festival, Inc. its shareholders, officers and employees and the owner of the underlying real property, from any and all losses, claims, damages, theft, actions, liabilities, expenses or causes of actions whatsoever to the exhibitor and his/her agents, assigns, employees and customers arising from the exhibitors participation in the Prairie Peddler Festival. Prairie Peddler Festival, Inc shall not be responsible for any act of commission or omission of the exhibitor and his/her agent (s) and employees. Exhibitor agrees that this is not a lease but only allows the exhibitor to use the space provided for the duration of the festival. Any litigation arising from this contract shall be venued in Erie County, Ohio and is subject to local laws and regulations. All of the above and the rules and guidelines enclosed on a separate sheet must be observed. The Prairie Peddler Festival, Inc. reserves the right to have offenders of any of these rules and guidelines removed from the festival without refund. The festival is a juried invitational event and reserves the right to accept or reject any craft based upon its selection process. I have read the above and the rules and guidelines enclosed and on a separate sheet and agree to the terms and conditions set forth therein.
