fitbox is a platform provider to a number of organisations in the fitness services industry. If your account is active with one of our clients we will need to coordinate with the administrator of the facility to complete your request.
Please note: past performance and other details in your fitbox profile can be moved to a new facility in the future. If you request a deletion of your profile this cannot be undone.
After completing this form:
Cancellations
- fitbox will pass your request directly to your gym administrator.
- Depending on the agreement you entered into with the client directly you may be liable for cancellation fees and/or minimum terms. IMPORTANT: These fees are not imposed by fitbox but the client may collect the fees using our platform.
- You should discuss this directly with the client.
Profile Deletions
Once we confirm you are no longer an active user of any client's project we will:
- Unless prohibited by law, after 90 days fitbox will remove the following information from the system:
- Payment Details
- Personal information including
- DOB
- Address
- Phone
- Emergency Contact
- Your workout history will be anonymised
- Any messages sent by you will be archived
