SPRING SHOWCASE

GAME SUBMISSION FORM

Submissions/selection process:

• This form is for developers and publishers to submit games to Spring Showcases for consideration.
• Developers/publishers interested in having games in these showcases should submit forms for their games by Friday, February 2 or earlier.
• For teams proposing videos for online showcases, we are not asking to have that video content submitted with this form. 
  • These videos would come later for teams that receive confirmation emails for inclusion in the showcase.
• The production team will plan to send notifications to selected games later in February. 
  • At this time in February, we'll provide details for next steps and developers/publishers will have the option to confirm their slot in the showcase.
  • The fee will be $500 per showcase ($500 for online showcase, $500 for onsite showcase).
  • Note that publisher / sponsor options available by contacting info@mediaindieexchange.com. Placements not guaranteed in connection with sponsorships.  
• The March 18 onsite showcase will require staffing provided by the game team for the demo area in San Francisco throughout event hours.

This online showcase should be the first time the video you're proposing through this form will appear anywhere online.  

We are not asking to have this video content submitted with this form.

Notes:

(1) Exclusive videos can be posted to other channels immediately after this showcase

(2) While exclusives for first time game announcements may have higher opportunities for selection in the final showcase, we don't require that the game gets announced for the first time in the showcase

(3) Exclusive content not required for onsite (in person) showcase.
