Appointment Policy Form

this is only for Bay Area clients only, please read thoroughly as this will be used for future references.

I will be located in Fairfield, CA.

Before booking

 Please refer to my lash page for the style that i work with, which is typically volume/full volume looks. I will be holding lengths 15mm-25mm D/DD curl. 

No lash removals unless it is my work

 If you wish to have a lash removal with my prior work, please inform me before booking an appointment. Otherwise I will not be prepared for our appointment!

No deposit, no appointment

I require a $15 deposit via credit card, apple or google pay at the end of the policy form

Grace period

I run off a strict 10 minute grace period. However it is required you keep me updated upon your arrival time if you're running late. Appointments that are later than 10 minutes will be an additional $15

Refund policy

Unfortunately I am not responsible for any allergic/biologic reactions. I may offer lash removals for any inconvenience! Due to supplies & time used to fulfill your service, I will not offer any refunds.

Any noticeable gaps or major fallout within 48 hours you must notify me so I can accommodate to get you in for a touch up (free of charge). If we cannot accommodate your touch up fill, it will not rollover onto a discounted/free biweekly fill (this means you must pay for a regular biweekly fill)

Reschedule policy

Any last minute rescheduling within 3 days of your original appointment will be an additional $15.
