May 16 to 18, 2026, Palazzo del Ghiaccio in Milan will host Best Wine Stars, a dynamic and synergistic event held in one of Italy’s most important hubs for trade and commerce. The event will feature over 200 producers from the wine, food, and spirits sectors.

We are offering a limited number of exclusive buyer spots, which include accommodation and full festival access in the heart of Milan.

Official confirmations will be announced on March 13th, 2026.

Buyers Program – Benefits

During the event, you will be required to attend 25 scheduled appointments. Upon completion, you will be entitled to the following benefits:

• Travel Expense Reimbursement (Round-Trip)
  This reimbursement cover any type of roundtrip: flight tickets / train tickets / car fuel and tolls.
  
  > Trips up to 2,000 km (as the crow flies) - up to a maximum of 300€
  
  > Trips over 2,000 km (as the crow flies) - reimboursement cap (300€) will be increased by 0,10€ for each kilometer over
  
  
• Airport / Railway Shuttle
  Prodes Italia provides each buyer with the following official transfers:
  
  > 16 May 2026: from airport or train station to Palazzo del Ghiaccio
  > 18 May 2026: from Palazzo del Ghiaccio to airport or train station

  Important: a deadline will be set for submitting your flight or train tickets, necessary to inform drivers in time. If the deadline is not met, the shuttle service cannot be guaranteed.

• Accommodation
  2-night stay at Kleos Hotel Milano (Superior DUS, breakfast and taxes included).
  Check-in: May 16 | Check-out: May 18
  Upgrades or extra nights at buyer’s expense (code: PRODES2026 – www.kleoshotelmilano.com).
  
  
• Daily Expenses Reimbursement: Meals & Taxi in Milan:
  €20 per day will be refounded for daily lunch/dinner and taxi expenses.

This form registers you as an applicant for Best Wine Star 2026; final confirmation of your admission will be communicated on March 13th.

Hotel accommodation will be arranged near the event venue at Palazzo del Ghiaccio in Milan. Any additional nights or requests for extra guests will be at the participant’s own expense.
