Grow UP Program Parameters

1. Must provide ELRC approval letter

2. Must have employment or verification of start date of employment

3. Client must find own childcare provider if not already started

4. Client is responsible for the ELRC co-payment

5. 3 month step down process
- Month 1 - 100% funding provided to childcare provider
- Month 2 - 50% funding provided to childcare provider
- Month 3 - 25% funding provided to childcare provider
6. After the 3 months of funding the childcare funding is the clients responsibility

7. If the client stops paying for their portion of the childcare during anytime in the 3 months, Grow UP payments will stop as well.

What funding WILL cover gap between ELRC and childcare prices.

Which includes:

1. Gap in registration costs

2. Gap in childcare tuition costs

3. Backpay up to a certain amount

What funding will NOT cover:

1. Summer camp activity costs (unless in a homeless situation)
