12 Week Custom Strength Training Program Registration
Welcome! Please complete the following form to the best of your ability, providing detail where you can to aid me in completing your customized 12 week strength training plan. Offer includes a one time 12 week Customized Strength training plan ($380). Your customized strength training plan is delivered through an excel spreadsheet w/ a recommendation to look on YouTube If you are unsure on how to perform an exercise. Excel spreadsheet will give you the opportunity to log your weight for each lift. Questions can be addressed on IG: @brookeruns26.2 or @tayruns26.2 through DM as well as through email at healthylivingwithbrookeandtay@yahoo.com. All plans are delivered within 7-10 days of purchase due to the time it takes to enroll a client, create customized macros based on your goals and create a customized strength training plan. ALL plans will start on a Monday.Ex: If you purchase your plan on a Thursday, expect a full week for us to create your plan to be able to start on the following Monday. **This is best for someone who is ready to be COMMITTED and is willing to give it their best effort. No refunds are given if you choose to stop the program for personal reasons after receiving your plan*
