Please review the guidelines before signing up:
A maximum of 10 artworks per artist sign up at no larger than 40 inches is allowed.*

Restrictions listed above are maximum values - it is not guaranteed that all pieces can be photographed within the time limit. You may ask for prioritized pieces to be photographed first.*

The photographer will take images of your work on the same day. You are expected to include any special instructions in your sign-up form in advance.*

It can take up to two weeks to receive your images. Images will be edited, cropped, and sent to you via a download link shared in both JPG and TIFF format. You'll be getting an email with your files from the Photographers. Check your Spam folder!*

Note: All 2D and Fiber Art pieces must have a hanging mechanism upon delivery unless otherwise agreed upon with OVAC. Contact Artist Relations Manager, Ariana Weir-Temoshok for assistance with artwork hanging installation at Ariana@Ovac-Ok.Org.
Note: Information about the orientation of any ceramics or 3D sculptures must be provided in the Notes Section below. The photographer will need to know the where the front, sides and back are of each 3D piece.

Please arrive 5 minutes early. Clients who are over 15 minutes will have their slot cancelled.*

Artwork must be picked up the same day of drop-off no later than 3:30PM. Artists may pick up their work as early as one hour after their session slot time. Artwork cannot be left at the Photo Studio space once the session has ended.*

Parking at the Paseo Arts & Creativity Center is located north of the building on NW 30th Street in the asphalt lot and the lot behind the building as seen on the map attached. If the lot behind the PACC is full, artists can back their car into the lot temporarily and call OVAC at 405-879-2400 Ext. 3 to be let into the back door. Please unload quickly and then move your car to the public parking lot or street parking.
