  • The below information is required to onboard your rental property to RE/MAX Associates. This form will take about 30 minutes to complete. Please provide accurate answers; any incorrect information will delay listing your property for rent. If you have multiple properties, please complete a form for each.

    In situations where there are multiple property owners (e.g. co-owners), one owner will be the designated point of contact. It is the responsibility of the point of contact to inform and gather consensus on items before providing approval to RE/MAX Associate from other owners. RE/MAX Associate is not liable if this does not occur. Any owner has the ability to contact our office and ask questions. All owners agree to hold RE/MAX Associate harmless from decisions of the point of contact. Any disagreements need to be handled with the point of contact.

  • Please Note! 

    As a condition of management, my rental property insurance policy will be updated as soon as possible. Failure to comply will result in a $75 per unit fee for interim liability protection auto enrollment.

    Claims may occur. When a lawsuit is filed over your property, you and your insurer will likely be named as primary defendants. RE/MAX Associates may also be named. In this case, their insurer will cover their claims and legal costs, but they may seek reimbursement from you through subrogation.

    Listing RE/MAX as an additional insured avoids this costly situation by creating a unified defense under one insurer. This efficiently handles legal expenses and liability, reducing your financial exposure.

    Verify that each policy meets RE/MAX Associates’s insurance requirements. Contact your agent if you need to make changes. Contact your agent to update coverage if the below requirements are not met. The effective date should be the desired date for RE/MAX to start. 

    Requirements:

    1. Active landlord or rental property insurance policy.

    2. Minimum General Liability - Occurrence limit of $500K.
