I have read and agree to these terms and conditions described here in the Credit Card Authorization. MJPS, LLC d/b/a LawServePro agrees to provide the very best service possible. In return, we appreciate and expect your willingness to trust us with your credit card information. Once you click submit, your request is sent to our office and the credit card details are hidden from view. The card information is stored in our secure payment portal (Stripe) for your convenience and peace of mind. By submitting this request, you are confirming that you understand that the charges made are for services rendered and are non-refundable and non-contestable. This credit card authorization agreement shall act as a guarantee of payment for any and all charges incurred for services rendered. We reserve the right to charge your card for any past due balance not paid within our credit terms. Due to the fact that these transactions are transmitted electronically, it is not required that we keep a physical credit card on file for a charge on the card to be valid. We send out statements on the first of each month for unpaid balances. If payment is not received by the 15th of that same month, we will charge the card on file for the total and past due balance. If you are sending a check and its close to the due date, simply give us a call and we can discuss alternative payment options.

Acknowledgment of Service Agreement*

I have read and agree to these terms and conditions described here in the Service Agreement. MJPS, LLC d/b/a LawServePro receives this request for service with the true understanding that it is for legal and lawful purposes and will not be held responsible or liable for any and all damages, claims and/or legal actions that may result in carrying out this request. Furthermore, we do not guarantee service will be successful. Once a request has been made, service is deemed in effect and therefore billable. We only provide services once payment arrangements have been made, we accept all forms of credit card payment, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We also accept payment via CashApp and Venmo (please contact us via telephone for these payment methods). Payment is due upon receipt of our electronic invoice. There are NO REFUNDS and payments made by credit card are uncontestable, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason. There is a collection fee of 35% for a delinquent credit card charge or past due amount with accrued annual interest of 8%.
