I have read and agree to these terms and conditions described here in the Credit Card Authorization. MJPS, LLC d/b/a LawServePro agrees to provide the very best service possible. In return, we appreciate and expect your willingness to trust us with your credit card information. Once you click submit, your request is sent to our office and the credit card details are hidden from view. The card information is stored in our secure payment portal (Stripe) for your convenience and peace of mind. By submitting this request, you are confirming that you understand that the charges made are for services rendered and are non-refundable and non-contestable. This credit card authorization agreement shall act as a guarantee of payment for any and all charges incurred for services rendered. We reserve the right to charge your card for any past due balance not paid within our credit terms. Due to the fact that these transactions are transmitted electronically, it is not required that we keep a physical credit card on file for a charge on the card to be valid. We send out statements on the first of each month for unpaid balances. If payment is not received by the 15th of that same month, we will charge the card on file for the total and past due balance. If you are sending a check and its close to the due date, simply give us a call and we can discuss alternative payment options.

If you need to cancel service after submitting your order, you may do so by emailing our service team at: service@lawservepro.com. There are no refunds when cancelling an order after submission. Service of process assignments are per person, per address. If you have more than one individual or entity to be served, you will need to submit separate orders for each individual or entity to be served. In the event that you enter two recipients in the order form, we will attempt service on the first individual or entity only. We are not responsible for an incomplete or incorrectly entered service address in the order form. Telephone calls and arranged service with the recipient are not included in our service. We are not responsible for incorrect or bad addresses provided. All of our service levels include up to three attempts unless the address is found to be a bad address (ie. the recipient moved, recipient is deceased, new tenants, bad address, etc.) in which case service will discontinue and a member of our staff will contact you to discuss options available. For routine, expedited, and rush service orders the attempts are made at non-specific times, morning, afternoon, and evening. First attempts are made in accordance with the timeframe based upon the service level selected. For orders submitted as on demand, we will do everything in our power to assign your order for a first attempt as quickly as possible. We do not hold or pause service attempts once an order has been submitted. Upon successful service, we will provide you with a completed affidavit of service via the method you have indicated in the order form. We provide the affidavit on our form. If you have a specialty form you would like us to complete, there may be an additional fee. The affidavit will need to be submitted to the court by you unless you select the affidavit filing submission add on in the order form indicating that you would like us to submit it on your behalf with the court. We make no representations as to whether the court in your case will accept the affidavit. If you select that you would like us to post the documents on the final attempt, we will do so, however we recommend checking with the court where your case is, to confirm if they permit posting. Service of process order cannot be assigned to the server until we receive the documents and payment is complete. In the event of a remote or rural area, additional fees may apply. There is an administrative fee of $250.00 and collection fees of 24% for a delinquent or disputed credit card charge or past due amount with accrued annual interest of 8% as well as court costs and attorneys' fees incurred by MJPS, LLC. Collection fees are assessed on the aggregate total of the principal amount, and the assessed administrative fee.
