The information provided will not be used to cause emotional or physical harm to the subject. I agree not to use the information for any criminal act, harassment or stalking. As the client, I assume any and all personal responsibility for any violation of the provisions or any damages arising from my actions. The goal of this skip trace investigation is to ascertain the best known location for a person. I agree MJPS, LLC d/b/a LawServePro and officers will not assume any responsibility for any facts discovered during the investigation, now or in the future. I understand skip trace & investigative work is not magic, it is understood that the investigator shall use his best efforts to investigate this matter set forth. I understand the results cannot be guaranteed as defined in the terms and conditions. MJPS, LLC d/b/a LawServePro retains the right to provide or not to provide you with personal information obtained during the course of the skip trace investigation & will be handled in a case by case basis using our discretion. I agree to indemnify & hold harmless MJPS, LLC d/b/a LawServePro and or officers for errors on databases or documents, in addition thereto, we agree not to indemnify, hold harmless it’s agents / employees for any and all damages, actions, causes of actions, demands, acts of terrorism either domestic or international, client's misconduct, misinformation or miscalculations, acts of God, subject elements, acts or factors which are not in control of MJPS, LLC d/b/a LawServePro for now and will not be held liable in the future. Any information we provide you will not be used for any illegal purposes and is punishable by local, state and federal laws.

Credit Card Authorization Terms*

I have read and agree to these terms and conditions described here in the Credit Card Authorization. MJPS, LLC d/b/a LawServePro agrees to provide the very best service possible. In return, we appreciate and expect your willingness to trust us with your credit card information. Once you click submit, your request is sent to our office and the credit card details are hidden from view. The card information is stored in our secure payment portal (Stripe) for your convenience and peace of mind. The only amount that will be charged to your credit card is the total amount of this order. Additional services/fees will require a separate service agreement and electronic invoice. We will not charge additional fees without a separate authorization from you. By submitting this request, you are confirming that you understand that the charges made are for services rendered and are non-refundable and non-contestable. This credit card authorization agreement shall act as a guarantee of payment for any and all charges incurred for services rendered. We reserve the right to charge your card for any past due balance not paid within our credit terms. Due to the fact that these transactions are transmitted electronically, it is not required that we keep a physical credit card on file for a charge on the card to be valid.

Acknowledgment of Service Agreement*

I have read and agree to these terms and conditions described here in the Service Agreement. MJPS, LLC d/b/a LawServePro receives this request for service with the true understanding that it is for legal and lawful purposes and will not be held responsible or liable for any and all damages, claims and/or legal actions that may result in carrying out this request. Furthermore, we do not guarantee service will be successful. Once a request has been made, service is deemed in effect and therefore billable. We only provide services once payment arrangements have been made, we accept all forms of credit card payment, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Payment is due upon receipt of our electronic invoice. There is an administrative fee of $250.00 and collection fees of 24% for a delinquent or disputed credit card charge or past due amount with accrued annual interest of 8% as well as court costs and attorneys' fees incurred by MJPS, LLC. Collection fees are assessed on the aggregate total of the principal amount, and the assessed administrative fee. Interest is to be calculated on the total of the principal amount, administrative fee and collection fees. This agreement, including its formation, performance and enforcement, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles. The parties agree that all legal proceeding arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be brought only and exclusively in a Maryland State Court located in Anne Arundel County and any appeal thereof shall be to the appellate courts of the State of Maryland. There are NO REFUNDS and payments made by credit card are uncontestable, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.
