  • Before proceeding:

    Please take the time to read the following statement, from our very small volunteer committee.
  • The Creators Collective Makers Market is run solely by a very small number of volunteers and their families, who give up our own time to put this event together for our community.

    We are not-for-profit and all funds from this event go towards putting on the market, including venue hire fees, insurance, first aid attendance etc., and then from the proceeds we proudly donate to selected local charities and not-for-profit organisations.

    The costs of our stalls have always directly reflected the needs of the event, and any decision to increase our fees from previous events is as a direct result of increased operational costs.

    Thank you for taking the time to complete this application. Your support toward our event means a great deal to us.

    This event is a mix of indoor and outdoor stalls. While we cannot guarantee your first preference, we will endeavor to meet everyone's needs as best we can. Prices are as listed below.
  • Before continuing, please understand that for all successful stallholders - all stall fees paid are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE.

    INDOOR SINGLE (3m x 3m) - $90.00

    INDOOR CORNER (3m x 3m) - $110.00

    INDOOR DOUBLE (3m x 6m) - $180.00

    OUTDOOR SINGLE (3m x 3m) - $90.00

    OUTDOOR DOUBLE (3m x 6m) - $180.000

    FOOD TRUCK/STALL SINGLE* (4m x 4m) - $180.00

    FOOD TRUCK/STALL DOUBLE* (4m x 8m) - $250.00

    *Food stalls are located outside, unless otherwise approached by TCC Committee 

    Room for x1 vehicle either directly behind or nearby all outdoor sites will be available. 

  • POWERED SITES

    Please note there are limited powered sites available outdoors, due to limitations of access to the power points in the areas that the market is utilising. If successful for a stall, confirmation of power will be provided at a later date.

  • Insurance & Registration

  • INSURANCE

    It is a requirement of this event that all stall holders hold their own Public Liability Insurance to a minimum cover of $10million. If you do not have insurance currently, if accepted to the event you must obtain insurance cover and provide a certificate of currency.

    *Single day insurance starts from $40.00 from some providers

     

    FOOD & BEVERAGE STALLS

    It is the responsibility of all Food and Beverage stalls intending to sell any food or drinks to ensure they have the required Registrations, including Food Act Registrations with your local council and a current StreaTrader Registration. Local Councils are known to frequent these events to check on such traders.

    This includes any appropriate alcohol licencing required for stalls intending to sell alcohol. 

     

    By continuing, all applicants acknowledge to take full responsibility for all required insurance and registrations.

  • As an applicant, I agree that all products that will be offered for sale at The Creators Collective 2026 Makers Market have been made by me and/or my employees. I agree that I, as the maker of the product/service, will be present for the entire duration of the market. I agree that The Creators Collective Makers Market has my permission to use any of my images that I have submitted in the promotion and marketing of this event. I understand and agree that all stall fees paid for this event are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE and that my stall will not be confirmed until payment has been made in full. I understand that I am responsible to have any required insurance and registration paperwork available at the event, in the case it is requested by an authorized person. I understand that if successful for a stall, I will be required to complete a Risk Assessment of my stall as a requirement of Lardner Park as the host of the event.
