I am 18+ years of age.I understand that this booking request form does not guarantee me an appointment.I am prepared to pay a $100 (or local currency for guest spots) deposit when prompted ($200 deposit is required for full day sessions or group bookings).I understand that the duration of my session may extend over several hours.I have thoroughly reviewed the FAQs.If I need to reschedule the appointment I will do this no later than 72 hours before my appointment to avoid losing my deposit.
