Legal Disclaimer for Mr. Dallas Eagle 2025 Contest

By submitting an application to participate in the Mr. Dallas Eagle 2025 Contest (The Dallas Eagle), you (the "Applicant") agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility: The Applicant must meet all eligibility requirements outlined in the Contest Handbook. Failure to comply with any of the Contest Handbook requirements may result in disqualification.

Disclosure Requirement: Applicants must disclose all relevant information as outlined in the Contest Handbook. Any material information not disclosed to the Executive Producer, including but not limited to any changes in eligibility, project details, or other significant aspects of the submission, may result in automatic disqualification from The Mr. Dallas Eagle Contest. It is the Applicant's responsibility to ensure timely and accurate disclosure to the Executive Producer.
Contest Rules and Regulations: The Applicant agrees to comply with all rules and regulations set forth in the Contest Handbook. The Executive Producer reserves the right to modify or amend the rules at any time, and the Applicant agrees to abide by any such amendments.

Rights and Ownership: By entering The Mr. Dallas Eagle Contest, the Applicant grants the Contest Organizer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use their submission for marketing, promotional, and related purposes in connection with The Dallas Eagle.

Indemnity and Liability: The Applicant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Dallas Eagle, its affiliates, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the Applicant's participation in The Mr. Dallas Eagle Contest, including but not limited to any violation of these terms or the Contest Handbook.

Agreement to Terms: By submitting an application, the Applicant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the full terms and conditions of The Dallas Eagle as outlined in the Contest Handbook and this disclaimer.
