This form will be the booking information needed to place your reservation on hold for Momentum Retreat 2024. It is a private form between myself, Marcie Muensterman with Travel Advisor Training by Marcie and you, the Travel Advisor Retreat Guest. When you fill out this booking form, you are agreeing to all Terms and Conditions for the retreat, the deposit, payment and cancellation policy. Please READ AND REVIEW the details below. FELLOW TRAVEL ADVISOR ROOMMATE:
Each of you will need to pay for your own deposit of $300. Each of you will need to fill out the form to secure the space in your Majestic Elegance Junior Suite. Notate below the NAME ONLY of your roommate.
ROOMMATE NEEDED:
In the event you need a roommate, please notate that below. We will do our best to secure a roommate for you. All requests are based upon who registers and needs a roommate. We will communicate with you throughout the period we are matching roommates with one another.
BRINGING A GUEST:
If you are rooming with a guest, please include their details on ONE jot form and pay their deposit of $300 at the same time you pay yours. There is a special link for you + a guest. Your CC will be immediately charged for the deposit per person deposit upon completion of this form. Your insurance will be charged separately in the next few days.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
$300 non refundable deposit:
Due at time of booking + $149 for GPP+ insurance per person
50% of remaining balance non-refundable:
Due April 15, 2024 for all travelers
Remaining balance non-refundable:
Due June 15, 2024 for all travelers
All payments are nonrefundable at the time they are due.
REQUIREMENTS TO ATTEND MOMENTUM RETREAT:
-- You must be an active Travel Advisor with a host or agency. -- YOU MUST PURCHASE & COMPLETE Propose to Close by 9/20/24 to attend Momentum Retreat. By completing this form, you are confirming you will make this investment and complete the course before arrival to Momentum Retreat. -- Agreement to NOT leave the property for site inspections from Sept. 21-25, 2024. --You must purchase GPP+ insurance through the contracted group rates. Insurance is 100% NON-refundable and must be paid at the time of booking. Insurance ranges in cost dependent upon how long you're staying. For 4 nights it is $149 for Group Protection Plan which entitles you to a refund of the HOTEL PORTION of the RETREAT. Insurance DOES NOT cover the RETREAT PORTION of your payments. -- You must pay in full by June 15, 2024. We are so fucking excited you will be attending the 1st Momentum Retreat! GUEST DETAILS: Passenger 2 Full Legal Name as it appears on passport
This is for those of you bringing your GUEST, like your partner, assistant, best friend or sister. If you are attending with another TRAVEL ADVISOR, they need to fill out their own form. As a note, there will be very few men on this retreat. Guests will be invited to ALL social events and assistants may attend workshops. The cost of your guest is $950 in a Majestic Elegance Junior Suite. You may add a guest up until final payment and all payments will be due at the time they are added onto the reservation. Otherwise, your suite will default to a single occupancy. When you're ready to add them, Marcie will send a separate invoice / link for payment. Early Bird pricing will NOT apply after January 31st.

Credit Card / Deposit / Late Fee / Insurance Agreement and Cancellation Policy

Please Read and Review: Credit Card Authorization for Momentum Retreat $300 per person non-refundable Deposit. TOTAL COST depends on if you are in a double occupancy room, single occupancy room or bringing a guest. You will receive and invoice with all cost details, payments and policies within 48 hours of placing a deposit or payment.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE
$300 nonrefundable deposit: Due at time of booking + $149 GPP+ insurance PER PERSON 50% of remaining balance: Due April 15, 2024 Remaining balance: Due June 15, 2024
Payment and Fees:
Full Retreat Payment depending on single or double occupancy rates: The full retreat fee is due no later than June 15, 2024. Email momentumretreat@gmail.com to pay in full anytime before payments are due.
Deposit:
A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required to secure your spot. This deposit is due at the time of registration and applied towards the total retreat fee, including holding your room space in the group contract.
Payment Methods:
We accept all major credit cards, but prefer no Amex due to the highest fees.
Late Payments:
Any payment received after the due date will be subject to a late fee of $50 after 3 days of nonpayment. If payment is not received, reservation will be canceled and all payments will be forfeited.
INSURANCE:
Insurance for Momentum Retreat is mandatory to cover the cost of the hotel and your travel to Cancun, MX. Insurance is $149 per person and is always nonrefundable. The cost of the insurance does NOT cover the RETREAT portion of the costs but should you need to cancel prior to departure, you may do so for any reason and recoup the hotel piece of the retreat.
Non-Payment:
If your full retreat fee is not received by June 15, 2024, your registration may be canceled, and you will forfeit your all payments made.
Cancellations and Refunds for the 2024 Momentum Retreat:
CANCELLATION:
$300 non refundable deposit: Due at time of booking + $149 for GPP+ insurance.
50% of the payment is nonrefundable April 16-June 14, 2024
100% of the payments is nonrefundable June 15, 2024-dates of travel
Cancellation Notice:
If a Guest chooses to cancel, Guest must email in writing your request to cancel and a cancellation form will be required to be filled out at the time of cancellation.
Please Note:
Insurance will not cover the Momentum Retreat portion of the costs. Group Protection Plan+ insurance through the group contract will only cover the room expenses and taxes. It is cancel for any reason; however it does not protect the investment in the Retreat.
Cancellation by Momentum Retreat Organizer, Marcie Muensterman:
Reserves the right to cancel the retreat for any reason. In the event of cancellation, the Organizer will send an email detailing the information.

You acknowledge and agree to voluntarily assume any and all risks in any way related to exposure to COVID-19 and any other communicable or infectious disease, including illness, injury, or death of yourself or others. You acknowledge that your embarkation and participation in this vacation, internationally or domestically, is entirely voluntary. By embarking and participating in this vacation you attest you are knowledgeable about your individual risk of developing severe illness if you are infected with COVID-19; you have made an informed decision about traveling, both domestically and internationally, based on your individual risk; and you have decided whether to consult with a health care provider based on your individual risk.You further acknowledge and agree to abide by and consent to all COVID-19 rules, regulations, mandates and safety protocols issued by airlines, countries, cruise lines/resorts and/or Public Health Authorities including but not limited to: (a) Submission to mandatory COVID-19 testing at such times and frequency as required by Public Health Authorities or airlines, countries, cruise lines/resorts, which may include testing before and after your cruise; (b) submission to enhanced health screening for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 or known exposure to COVID-19; (c) denial of boarding or participating in activities throughout the resort due to signs and symptoms of a possible COVID-19 infection or known exposure to COVID-19 as determined by the airlines, countries and cruise lines/resorts at its sole discretion, in accordance with technical instructions or orders by Public Health Authorities; (d) participation in contact tracing and data collection for COVID-19 surveillance; (e) mandatory shipboard or resort isolation and/or quarantine at the sole discretion of the shipboard or resort on location physician; (f) mandatory disembarkation and/or evacuation from cruise ship or resort due to a suspected COVID-19 infection by you or someone else onboard your cruise or in your room/suite at a resort (Evacuation and disembarkation may occur in a foreign port or a port outside your original cruise itinerary); (g) post-cruise or resort and country quarantine instructions; (h) mandatory daily temperature checks; (i) mandatory use of face coverings/face masks in accordance with guidelines by Public Health Authorities and (j) following the airlines, countries and resorts physical distancing requirements. FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY: You may also be held in quarantine isolation if you test positive for Covid-19 until a negative PCR can be obtained and endure the additional financial liability onsite for additional testing and your stay at the property per the guidelines, regulations, mandates and safety protocols from the countries, airlines and cruise line/resort.You further acknowledge that the COVID-19 rules, regulations, mandates, and safety protocols issued by the airlines, countries and resorts and/or Public Health Authorities and/or other governing bodies are subject to change. The airlines, countries and resorts reserve the right to change any health and safety protocols, including, but not limited to, requirements on vaccinations, masks, and physical distancing related to COVID-19 at its sole discretion, without notice, both prior to and during your presence on the cruise ship. It is your sole responsibility to confirm any changes to any health and safety protocols that may be applicable and ensure compliance with all health and safety protocols in effect, vaccination requirements, testing before or during your vacation, on the cruise ship, at the resort and / or the country or countries you will be traveling to. You further acknowledge and agree to review any CDC travel advisory, warning, or recommendation relating to international or domestic travel prior to making your reservation. Marcie Muensterman, your travel consultant with Cruise Planners, LLC, an American Express Travel Company, Luxury Travel by Marcie and Cruise Babe, LLC is in no way responsible for any issue, additional financial burden, long term medical stays or quarantining related to COVID-19 and any other communicable or infectious disease, including illness, injury, or death of yourself or others while traveling. By going on this vacation, traveling international or domestic, to a resort, on a cruise ship, to another country, you are taking sole responsibility and waiving all rights to sue or hold liable Marcie Muensterman, your travel consultant with Cruise Planners, LLC, an American Express Travel Company, Luxury Travel by Marcie, and / or Cruise Babe, LLC for any and all issues short or long term related to COVID19.

Terms and Conditions for Vacation Express, Cruise Planners and Marcie Muensterman, independent associate travel advisor:

Each of Vacation Express, its agents and subagents' act as an agent for you in relation to travel services and/or products purchased by you including, but not limited to, accommodations, transportation [including, but not limited to, ground and air transportation], and tours. Vacation Express makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, regarding any such services. This includes, but is not limited to transfers, flights, cruises, tours, services and accommodations purchased or provided, as well as other features listed or not listed in these Terms and Conditions and/or your itinerary. All of these travel services and/or products purchased by you and provided in your itinerary are furnished by independent contractors over which Vacation Express and its agents and subagents exercise no control. Although Vacation Express has taken reasonable steps to ensure proper arrangements are in place for your travel plans, we cannot be held responsible for the acts or omissions of such independent contractors [including, but not limited to, delayed opening of hotel accommodations and any related relocations as a result of such delay. In such cases, you will be responsible for all costs and damages in connection with such delay and relocation including, but not limited to, airline fees and accommodation costs]. Vacation Express will not issue any refunds and shall not be held responsible for any claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses arising out of personal injury or death, loss, damage or delay of baggage or other property, delay, loss of enjoyment, inconvenience, upset, disappointment, distress or frustration whether physical, emotional or mental, resulting from or arising out of any of the following: RESPONSIBILITY OF THE TRAVELING PERSON: Any act or omission (including, but not limited to, inability or failure to provide services and/or products) by any customer, supplier or third party including, but not limited to, the airlines, transportation companies, coach tour operators, car rental organizations, excursion providers, hotel/resort properties, or anyone for whom such suppliers or third parties may be in law responsible; an act of God or Event of Force Majeure; Equipment failure;Sickness/illness (including, but not limited to, contracting food-borne illnesses, viruses, diseases, etc.), family emergencies, theft or any other circumstance affecting you beyond our direct control; Failure of the passenger to obtain the necessary documentation or meet the required health regulations in order to complete their travel arrangements; Failure of the passenger to follow instructions including, but not limited to, airport departure times, baggage handling and check-in time frame stipulated by Vacation Express in these Terms and Conditions on the day of departure whether due to missed connections, adverse weather conditions, mechanical failures or any other reason whatsoever;Voluntary participation in an optional tour, excursion or activity; The need for us to cancel services, change itineraries or substitute accommodation or services, provided that efforts are made to supply comparable services and accommodations available; orCancellation of an optional tour, excursion or activity. Vacation Express, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents (including independent travel agents), subagents, suppliers and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives' liability for any loss, damage or injury, whether to property, physical or mental, arising from their own acts, omissions or negligence, is limited to the amount you paid to Vacation Express for the services with respect to which you are claiming. All travel related issues are the responsibility of the traveling passenger. The sole and exclusive responsibility and liability of any airline used in Vacation Express' services shall be in accordance with and limited by the contract of carriage on your ticket, the applicable tariffs, and the provisions of the Warsaw Convention or Montreal Convention, as applicable. The customer agrees to indemnify and save harmless Vacation Express, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents (including independent travel agents), subagents, suppliers and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives against any liability, actions (including legal fees), claims, losses, costs and damages, and Cruise Planners, LLC, Marcie Muensterman, independent agent, which Vacation Express may incur, sustain or pay arising out of or in connection with the customer's acts or omissions, in relation to any incident alleged to have occurred in destination and/or in relation to services provided by Vacation Express. 21: ACT OF GOD/FORCE MAJEURE Vacation Express, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, subagents, suppliers and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives do not assume liability for any loss, damage or injury of any nature in whole or in part resulting from an act of God or any other force majeure condition including without limitation: fire, volcanic eruption, environmental pollution or contamination, inclement weather, earthquake, flood, explosion, water or power shortages or failures, storms or hurricanes, riots or civil commotions or disturbances and any other acts of similar nature, sabotage, arrests, strikes, boycotts, picketing, lockouts or other labour disruptions, inability or failure of a third party service provider to provide services and/or products, restraints of rulers or peoples, expropriations, acts of terrorism, public enemies, war, invasion, insurrection, national emergency, epidemics, pandemics, quarantine restrictions, government health advisories or warnings or alerts of any kind or nature, government seizures, any laws, rules, proclamations, regulations, orders, declarations, advisories, actions, interruptions or requirements of or interference by any government or governmental agency thereof, refusal or cancellation or suspension or delay of any government authority or any license, permit or authorization, damages to its facilities or the travel supplier and its facilities, any other unforeseen circumstances in any country in the world or any other cause or causes of any similar nature that impacts negatively on or hampers its ability to fulfill any of its contractual conditions (all of the foregoing being herein referred to as an "Event of Force Majeure"). In the event that any of these conditions apply, Vacation Express shall be excused, discharged or released from its performance to the extent such performance is so limited or prevented, without liability of any kind and Vacation Express' non-performance shall not be deemed a breach of these Terms and Conditions. In such case, Vacation Express' obligations hereunder shall be extended to the extent of any delay resulting from the Event of Force Majeure and a full refund will not be granted.
