Substitutions, can be made with utmost consideration for quality and availability. Due to the ever-changing nature of our premium ingredients and the handcrafted nature of our boards, please note that no two cheese boards are identical. Rest assured, each tray is meticulously crafted with care and an unwavering commitment to detail.
Deposit Policy:
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your date and order. The remaining balance is due 2-weeks before the day of the event.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
For payments made in full, cancellations made 2 weeks or more before the event date are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the event date will not be eligible for a refund.
Changes to Order:
Any changes to the order (quantity, items, etc.) must be communicated at least 72 hours before the event. Changes made within 72 hours of the event are subject to approval and may incur additional charges.
Liability Waiver:
Please be advised our facility handles various food items and, despite our best efforts, we cannot guarantee an allergy-free environment. We strongly encourage individuals with food allergies to exercise caution and inform us of any specific dietary restrictions or concerns. While we take all necessary precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot eliminate the risk entirely. It is the responsibility of individuals with allergies to make informed decisions regarding their consumption. By engaging with our products or services, customers acknowledge the inherent risk and agree to hold Antipasti Artistry harmless from any claims related to allergic reactions.
The client acknowledges that once the charcuterie items are delivered or picked up, Antipasti Artistry is not responsible for any mishandling or storage-related issues. Antipasti Artistry will take necessary precautions for food safety, and it's the client's responsibility to handle the items appropriately.
Delivery/Pickup Instructions:
Delivery or pickup details will be confirmed closer to the event date. The client is responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring someone is available to receive the order.
