Foster Agreement Clause:

I hereby agree to the terms and conditions set forth by Kitten Rescue Australia for the foster care of kittens. By signing this agreement, I acknowledge and accept the following:

Foster Commitment: I agree to provide a safe, nurturing, and loving environment for the kittens entrusted to my care by Kitten Rescue Australia. I understand that fostering responsibilities include feeding, grooming, socialisation, and any necessary medical care.

Notification of Changes: In the event that my circumstances change, and I am no longer able to fulfill my foster responsibilities, I agree to provide Kitten Rescue Australia with a minimum of four weeks' notice. This notice period allows Kitten Rescue Australia sufficient time to find alternative foster arrangements for the kittens.

Emergency Situations: In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances that require immediate intervention, I understand that my first point of contact should be Kitten Rescue Australia. I will notify them promptly and follow their guidance in addressing the situation.

Veterinary Care and Approval: I agree that any necessary veterinary care or medical aid for the foster kittens must be approved by Kitten Rescue Australia before any procedures are undertaken. This includes, but is not limited to, vaccinations, spaying/neutering, and treatment of illnesses or injuries. I will not seek or authorise veterinary care without explicit approval from Kitten Rescue Australia.

Communication: I agree to maintain open and transparent communication with Kitten Rescue Australia regarding the health, behavior, and any other relevant updates about the foster kittens. Regular check-ins and updates will be provided as requested by Kitten Rescue Australia.

Return of Kittens: If, for any reason, Kitten Rescue Australia deems it necessary to transfer the foster kittens to an alternate caregiver or facility, I agree to comply with their decision and facilitate the transfer promptly.

Termination of Foster Agreement: At all times, Kitten Rescue Australia remains the rightful owner of any animal that is in the care of the foster carer. Kitten Rescue Australia reserves the right to terminate this foster agreement at any time and for any reason. In such cases, I agree to return the foster kittens to Kitten Rescue Australia or as directed by Kitten Rescue Australia.

I have read and understood the terms and conditions outlined in this foster agreement, and I commit to fulfilling my responsibilities as a foster parent for Kitten Rescue Australia.
