TECHNICIAN POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
you are organized and have a coachable attitude
you don’t need to be an expert in carpentry or epoxy floors - I will teach you
you do need to be prepared to work hard physically in an outdoor / garage environment
you need to be able to get comfortable with grinding concrete, or broom-sweeping debris, or instructing others on what else has to get accomplished that day
you need a high attention to detail
you have a vehicle and are willing to drive an hour to get to the job site
you need to take absolute pride in the quality of your work
you need to be consistent and show up to work Monday - Friday
you are terrible at golf or you hate to go fishing so you’d rather work 10 to 12-hour days (*to be honest though, our lead installer almost shot a course record last month so we aren't serious. We just want you to be fully present and committed to the best outcome for all of our awesome projects while you are on the job!)
you are constantly thinking about how your next truck can get louder and bigger
recently, or will transition soon from the military

You won’t need to work endless hours. You’ll need to be available during evenings and weekends and you’ll need to want to make up to $100k a year minimum.
It’s really that simple. We have a proven system to teach and train anyone to sell our garage projects. Your background isn’t as important as the attributes mentioned above.
As one of our reps, you will be given pre-qualified leads. You’ll be meeting with homeowners to discuss upgrading their garage organization and storage.
Our higher-end prospects reach out to us wanting our products and services. They eagerly await a response from our reps.
These are the most qualified leads in the industry. It’s not even close. Most of the sale is simply building rapport with the customer, showing them our portfolio of jobs, and getting them excited about what we can do for their garage.
Hamilton & Carter's top Executive Designer has been with the company for less than 12 months and has sold $750,000 with no sales experience in the home improvement industry before this. And if you have sales experience, you’ll likely find this job to be a great fit, and a proven pathway to top earnings.
These roles do require certain availability and flexibility, please do not respond if you cannot work an occasional evening or Saturday to complete a project.
