I understand and agree that I may be asked to foster longer than initially expected and I will notify Krusty & Stokes Rescue of any limitations I may have at the time this agreement is made. I will also agree to give Krusty & Stokes Rescue 2 weeks to find an adequate foster for the pet I have if I can no longer foster.

How long are you able to foster?

I agree to seek veterinary care, follow up and/or check-ups when necessary and follow the Krusty & Stokes Rescue animal care protocol for my foster pet. I also understand that Krusty & Stokes Rescue will provide food, cover veterinary costs, and supplies needed for my foster pet.

I agree that any expenses for the care of my foster pet such as food, medical visit/care, supplies which I incur will be presented to Krusty & Stokes Rescue in the form of receipts for reimbursement from Krusty & Stokes Rescue. I will discuss any expenses with a representative from Krusty & Stokes Rescue prior to purchase if possible.

I understand and agree that there is a possibility that my foster pet may have a communicable disease upon discharge from animal shelter and I will administer all medications as prescribed by the veterinarian and follow after-care instructions.

I also understand and agree that I must undergo a home-check to be done by Krusty & Stokes Rescue and the Department of Agriculture designee prior to any pet I am offering to foster.

The Foster agrees to release, hold harmless, and indemnify Krusty & Stokes Rescue Inc., its officers, directors, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to the care, handling, or behavior of any foster animal while in their possession.
