  • Thank you for choosing Vine Christian Academy!

PLEASE NOTE - For the 2025-2026 academic year, we have limited space for all grades. We have an all at-home program that may serve as a homeschooling structure/support called Vineyard. If you would like additional information about this program, please email vineyard@vinechristian.com. The application process will still be required for Vineyard students to be admitted.

The following information will help you as you complete your student's application:

    • Please include any documentation (if applicable) regarding 504 or IEPs.
    • Applications cannot be processed until we have received a fully completed application and confirmation of payment for your Application Fee (non-refundable). The Application Fee is part of this form and must be paid to move on to the next step in our application process.

Applicants must go through a 2-step interview process: phone interview with admissions followed by an in-person interview with the Campus Director.

    • Upon formal enrollment, I understand that I am obligating myself to the full tuition investment for my student, as detailed by the information below unless prior arrangements have been made and Vine Christian Academy has been communicated with:

      Pre-K to 6th grade annual tuition: $3200
      7th to 12th grade annual tuition: $3700
      *subject to change*

I accept full responsibility to pay all tuition, fees and other associated costs in order to partner with Vine Christian Academy. I accept that I may opt to align monthly payments over the course of August to May, or I may choose to pay in full during the pre-payment period of July 1st - July 15th (receiving a 5% discount on the overall cost should I choose to do so). I understand that if I choose monthly payments, the tuition rate will be billed evenly over the course of 10 months.

I understand that any payment made 5 days after the invoice date, if I select the monthly payment plan, will incur a $35 late fee and can result in a lockout from my parent portal. I understand that if I pay in full at the beginning of the year, 30 days' notice of withdrawal will be required to receive a partial refund, and I am willing to partner with Vine Christian Academy on the best way to reimburse my family should we choose not to partner any further.

I commit to acting with honor and integrity regarding fees due to Vine Christian Academy, acknowledging that the quality of experience is impacted for both my students and fellow students, staff, and community members by the timeliness of payments being made.

I promise to honor the 30-day advance notice policy when giving up a classroom seat and do so with respect for the program's costs and the acknowledgment that my commitment to tuition was anticipated as annual and thus will impact the greater community when short notice is given.

If a student is withdrawn for any reason, the Responsible Party agrees to the following condition:

      - Tuition remains due through the end of the academic quarter in which the withdrawal occurs.

This policy applies regardless of the payment plan selected. All withdrawal notices must be submitted in writing to Vine Christian Academy Administration (admission@vinechristian.com).

    • Upon formal enrollment, I acknowledge that this is a co-teaching position between myself and the teaching staff at Vine Christian Academy, for the success of my student(s). I agree to holding and reporting grades at the state level, and understand that ultimately grades are mine, as the primary educator, to decide and reward my student(s) with. I acknowledge that the three entities I answer to as a home educator are the state of Tennessee, our Father, and my own student. I promise to stand behind the education I am offering my student as a co-laborer in their learning process.

I agree to come from a place of respect when engaging with teachers or other staff, as a default posture - even as I am advocating for my student. I agree to continue learning how to love as Jesus loves, with the parents beside me and the other students at Vine Christian Academy. I believe my role as a parent in the community is to represent Jesus to the people around me, and that students can be shown this through my example on how I walk out conflict within the student body or parent/staff community. I commit to being willing to work out all areas of conflict as far as it depends on me, taking on accountability for what can be grown in me, what mistakes are made that I might have ownership of, and what God is working within me for the good of those around me.

I am accountable to what is assigned to my student as independent or co-labored efforts on the home schooling days, and I agree to being held to a standard of respect for the lesson plans that will uphold the education my student receives. While flexibility is my right and privilege, I acknowledge that my student will be the one most impacted by assignments signed off or skipped, and I commit to communication in advance to the teaching staff, so that I may choose wisely on how to honor the education that is available on the campus days - further acknowledging that campus success is only accomplished when the lesson plan is followed at home, with my attention given to it as the primary educator.

I understand that as I sign my name to this agreement, and to the lesson plans as my student's shepherd in education, I am also acknowledging the expectation that Vine Christian Academy holds that I have seen and checked my student's work - so that I may stand behind the experience that both Vine and our home is offering, so that my student(s) may reap the benefits of the hybrid learning system.

    • Student Code of Conduct: Please review the following with your student.
    • I agree to conduct myself in a way that is honoring to the Lord and to my peers both while on campus and while off, in areas that represent Vine Christian Academy (such as school-associated events, campus or community service, and group text messaging/emailing/ conversations with other members of the student body).

I agree to uphold what the Bible says about refining one another in my community in an respectful manner, refining myself through truthful conversations that allow me to be held accountable by my leaders and peers. I agree that my actions should focus on areas that are true, noble, right, lovely, pure, admirable (Philippans 4:8) - and that my mind should be occupied with such things, so that the outpour of my words and actions are the same.

I agree to bring areas of concern to my leaders on campus and/or my parents, before my peers, so that we can remedy the issue as a team working together for the common goal of peace on campus.

I understand that my behavior and interactions off campus can impact my campus experience - and I agree to act in a way that uplifts my fellow students and leaders.
