Glitz n Glam Parties Terms and Conditions
This page contains the terms & conditions. Please read these terms & conditions carefully before submitting your form. You should understand that by ordering any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.
BOOKING POLICY
1. Please note ALL bookings must be made 2 WEEKS prior to event date. The initial payment must be made 1 WEEK before setup date. This gives us enough time to ensure your select products get delivered on time for your setup.
PAYMENT POLICY
1. Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm/hold your reservation. After submitting a booking reservation form (within 24 hours) you will receive an invoice in your email with instructions on how to make payment. 2. By submitting payment, payee confirms that setup address and event date is correct as submitted on invoice. 3. By agreeing to have Glitz n Glam Parties participate in your event, you agree that Glitz n Glam Parties is not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the setup.
REFUND POLICY
All bookings require a 48 hour notice to receive a full refund. All bookings cancelled within 48 hours of event date will receive 50% refund or full credit towards a future date within 12 months. In the event we are unable to set up your event due to illness or inclement weather, you will receive a full refund. Inclement weather includes heavy rain, lightning/thunderstorms, hurricanes, high winds, or any other Act of God that would put our team at risk.

I understand that Glitz n Glam Parties may take pictures of the setup for marketing purposes.
