IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
To attend this training you must hold a current Med Cert 1 Certification, be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma (or GED), and have background check results completed by a developmental disabilities agency (or by being a DODD-certified independent provider). Please complete the Medication Administration Certification Course Application and present to the RN Trainer at the time of class. You will receive the link for the course application in your email following completion of this application.
