FLOAT INFORMATION NEEDED Each float entry is allowed ONE vehicle (with a trailer if applicable). If you'd like to use more than one vehicle to represent your theme or to accommodate participants, there is an additional $10 fee. (Please check at least one of the following choices.)

PLEASE READ the included rules and regulations and sign below to indicate your understanding of the condition of your participation.

- NO Sirens during the parade

- All participants arrival at the staging area between 8 – 10:00 AM.

- If you arrive past 10:30 AM, you will not be allowed to participate in the parade.

- Must have cars/float “completed” before entering lineup area.

- PLEASE do not unload until CHECKED IN & provide a setup spot.

As the appointed representative of the above named entity, I hereby release the Bluff City Christmas Experience, Dr. Telisa Franklin, Dr. Charlie Caswell, Shelby County Government and City of Memphis from liability, either direct or implied, from any accidents or damages that might occur. We understand and agree that the BCCE has the right to delete any entry from the parade for any inappropriate display or behavior by any participant and, upon signing, agree to abide by all rules and conditions of participation. I will adhere to all Guidelines.
