    WeCare uses AI to support the delivery of our services, including administrative tasks, clinical triage, care protocols, and documentation. AI does not diagnose, prescribe, or make clinical decisions. All care decisions are made by a registered WeCare clinician, who reviews any AI-supported clinical output before it reaches you.If you would prefer your clinician not use an AI scribe during your consultation, please let them know at the start of your appointment.

    You’ll be enrolled with your chosen clinic as your main WeCare location, but you’ll be able to use services including CareNow and Drop-inCare at any WeCare clinic.

    Please allow up to 5 days for your enrolment to be processed. You don’t need to wait for care—you can still book CareNow or use Drop-inCare at the enrolled patient fee while your enrolment is being processed.

    We’ll send you a confirmation email when your enrolment is complete.
