Fortnight Direct Debit
- Just Lifestyle Centres will debit the Nominated account on a fortnightly basis.
- All classes are billed 2 weeks in advance.
- Initial sign up payment will include 2 weeks of class $32 (KinderGym) / $38 (Recreation) / $70+ (WAG/competitive) plus a Gymnastics QLD affiliation fee of $40 for KinderGym students, $50 for recreation students WAG will be advised in term 1 of 2026 in line with QGA affiliation fees
- Recreation initial payment for 2026 will be ($88)
- Kinder gym initial payment for 2026 will be ($72)
- These payments are contracted to a minimum of 6 payments, or end of 12 week term dates whichever is longer.

- To cancel direct debits and lessons you must provide minimum notice period of 28 days, and agree for payments to fulfil the above obligation of 6 fortnightly payments or end of 12 week term whichever is greater of the two.
- Rollover enrolment for the following term will happen automatically unless the centre is notified with 4 weeks notice of the term finishing. The notice dates are listed as below:
- Last day for cancellation of term 1 automatic enrolment is 28th of March 2026
- Last day for cancellation of term 2 automatic enrolment is 20th of June 2026
- Last day for cancellation of term 3 automatic enrolment is 12th of September 2026
- Last day for cancellation of term 4 automatic enrolment is 5th of December 2026
- All personal customer information held by us will be kept confidential except that information required by the direct debit company to initiate the drawing to your nominated account.
- Our drawing day is scheduled on a Monday each week. Depending on your account type, it may take up to 4 days for the request to process to your account.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that your nominated account can accept direct debits and that you advise us if the nominated account is closed or changed. You also need to ensure that on the due date, clear funds are available in your nominated account. If insufficient funds are available, you will incur a default/dishonour fee of $5 per default transaction.
- Direct Debit payments will continue regardless of attendance. Each participant is eligible for up to 3 weeks of pauses every year with minimum 2 weeks notice.
- Make up lessons can be made via a phone call or in person at our facility.
All Lessons
- Your class is automatically rolled over each week which ensures your booking year-round. Should you wish to change your class time or cease your booking arrangement, please see the gymnastics coordinator in week 8 of the term, for the following term. Should there be space during the term, class changes may be permitted.
- Non-attendance can be advised by email, or by visiting the centre. Each student is allocated 4 makeups per 12 week block. Makeups do not roll over to a following term.
- If no notification is given for a missed lesson 24 hours prior to lesson starting, there will be no make-up lesson available.
- Make up lessons must be redeemed within 28 days of the lesson that was missed, and only 4 make ups lesson is applicable per child, per 12-week block.
- Unused make up lessons are expired at the end of the 28-day period
- Make up lessons cannot be accessed for credit towards future blocks or block payments.
- Make ups are always subject to availability
- Arrive 5 minutes before your lesson and check in at reception
- Water bottles are strongly encouraged
Medical
- Please ensure you have communicated any relevant medical information to the gymnastics coordinator or facility manager about any children you have enrolled.
Supervision
- Parents are required to remain in attendance at the Centre during all lessons. Please note, no drops offs are permitted, parents must stay on site during all lessons. Accessing the gym or sports courts is permitted and encouraged.
Emergency Procedures at the Venue
- Children remain the responsibility of the teacher until everyone has been relocated to the emergency evacuation point.
