IMPORTANT: The final step in the sign-up process is for you to accept the terms of Law Room's Conditional Fee Agreement (CFA) otherwise known as a No Win, No Fee Agreement. In basic terms, if you do not win, you do not pay a penny as long as you adhere to the terms set out by Law Room Solicitors.

You will need to commit to completing the claim with them. Law Room Solicitors will try and minimise any inconvenience to you. If you do win, you will be charged a fee which will be deducted from your compensation payment and will never be requested in advance.

By submitting this form, you confirm that you honestly believe all the information that you have provided is true and you give authority to Law Room Solicitors to sign a Statement of Truth on your behalf. You confirm that you have not asked another law firm or legal representative to bring a claim regarding the purchase or lease of this vehicle.
