Tattoo Booking Form

All bookings require a deposit to be paid before a date can be reserved. Deposits are non refundable and redeemed when the tattoo is finished. Deposits can be transferred to a new appointment if 72 hours notice is given. Failure to provide adequet notice will lead to a loss of deposit and a new one having to be put down to secure a new date. You will be contacted about the deposit and dates*

The legal age requirement for a tattoo is 18 years old. Failure to present a valid form of ID (passport or driving license) if asked on the day will result in your appointment being cancelled/resheduled and your deposit will be lost.*

We charge an hourly rate and a full day rate at the studio so I can only provide an estimation if prompted. This can be quite vague (especially in the early stages) due to many variables. The final cost on the day will vary if the tattoo takes more or less time to complete.*

Tattoos need to be a certain size to hold up well over time. This could mean going bigger with the design to get the best result.*

Thank you for taking the time to fill in this form. I'll be in contact via email with further questions, dates and deposit details etc.

I will always get back to enquiries eventually but it could take some time depending on whether my diary is open or closed at the time of submission.

My diary is booked in 3 month slots so booking multiple sessions for largescale or detailed work is advised. This will ensure projects are completed within a good time frame and lessen lengthy waits inbetween. If choosing to book in with me please be open to expanding your ideas to maximize potential and increase longevity.

Always research your artist and please take the time to look through my work to make sure we are compatible. I do a range of styles but my priority is to take on projects that best reflect the themes I'm interested in. If I don't take on your project it's only because it's not in keeping with this and there may be other artists who are better suited to you
