To make our sample program as efficient as possible, we provide a maximum of one sample per model. If the same model is requested in multiple finishes, we will provide one product sample together with colour chips for the additional requested finishes.
Long pull handles, lift-and-slide door hardware, letter plates and larger bathroom accessories are not available as complimentary samples. Where possible, we will provide a smaller representative product from the same collection instead, such as a matching furniture handle or knob.
We will review your selection and may adjust the samples provided in line with these guidelines.
