Manchester Pride invite you to join our Parade Troupe to lead the 2023 parade with our theme: __________

This year’s parade theme...

As part of the Parade Troupe you will attend workshops learning costume making, prop making, dance and more. Then lead The Parade on the big day.

We ask you to be available for all of the workshops leading up to the Manchester Pride Parade as this will ensure you get the most out of the opportunity, but just let us know in advance if you will be unable to attend. Dates for workshops will are below:

Parade Troupe Meet and Greet : Wednesday 17 July 18:00 - 20:00

Parade Troupe Move Sessions 1 : Wednesday 24 July 18:00 - 20:00

Parade Troupe Make Sessions 2 : Wednesday 31st July 18:00 - 20:00

Parade Troupe Move Session 3: Wednesday 7th August 18:00 - 20:00

Parade Troupe Make and Move Session 4: Wednesday 14th August 18:00-20:00

Dress Rehearsal: Wednesday 21st August 18:00 - 20:00

You will also need to be available for the Manchester Pride Parade taking place on Saturday 24 August, 8am - 4pm.

All workshops will be held at the People's History Museum.
