Hometown Heroes Nomination Form

Chevrolet of Mandan and KFYR-TV are teaming up to recognize our hometown heroes.

Nominate a hero to receive the recognition they deserve. Select nominees will be featured weekly during First News at Four on KFYR-TV and on our Facebook page. Plus, each month one nominee will be selected to receive a $500 donation from Chevrolet of Mandan to the charity of their choice.
