By pushing submit I hereby acknowledge that the information provided above is true and correct to the best of my knowledge. I also give the Institute photographer permission to take photographs of my child for the Institute website/postcard and SAA

As a partner in your child's musical development, your precense and participation in Institute is essential. In this way, you join with our faculty in promoting your child's develpment and can acquire insights and experiences that will enhance your work throughout the year.

In addition, our Institute does not take supervisory responsibility for children 11 and under. Our faculty and staff are here to instruct and to facilitate the Institute experience. You understand and agree that you will accompany your child at the Institute throughout the entire day and at all recitals and events. You also understad and agree that if your child is left unaccompanied at Institute (i.e. dropped off), he/she will be dismissed with no refund.

***(If you are bringing more than one child, we of course understand that you cannot be with each of them during every class. We have many multi-sibling families who attend the Institute, and we keep all of this in mind when scheduling your children's classes. We will do our very best to schedule things so you can at least be in each child's master class.)

Cancellation Policy:

100% refund if requested four weeks prior to the first day of class
50% refund if requested less than four weeks, up to one week prior to the first day of class
No refunds if requested one week prior to the first day of class
Full refunds will be issued if course is cancelled by Institute
Should be Empty:
