TCMA's Compilation CD Series has been VERY successful, and the 6th phase of the Compilation CD project on Texas Country Records is now underway and is planned to be distributed before the 2024 Texas Country Music Awards on November 10, 2024. TCMA's Best Texas Country Picks Volumes 1-5 have met with great success and we are very proud to be able to feature TCMA Member artists on these projects!
These Compilation CD projects have proven to be one of our most effective projects for artists to have their songs heard on outlets other than the normal digital and radio distribution, and has been very successful in gaining the attention of media and fans alike.

TCMA's Best Texas Country Picks Volume6
Release Date will be on or about October 30, 2024. If you'd like to be considered you can complete the form now.
This project will go to every venue and radio station in our database, which is growing daily, and distributed by our sister company, AmericanAirplay.com.
We are accepting songs for review now. *Songs may be submitted by Artists, Songwriters and Management*. Release forms will be required if submitted songs are selected as well as ISRC Code, Songwriter names and licensing affiliations, label, publisher and licensing affiliations, producer and we need metadata and single graphics included.
VERY IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY PRIOR TO SUBMITTING SONG(S):
Here are the details, terms and conditions for the project:
1. This opportunity is offered to Texas Country Music Association Members only. If you have not joined TCMA yet, please go to www.texascountrymusic.org, click JOIN NOW. If you are already a TCMA Member please log in and check to see your membership is still active.
2. Songs submitted must be professionally produced and radio-ready. Acoustic-only recordings can not be included.
3. Artists may submit multiple songs for review but only one song may be chosen per artist.
4. There is no fee to have songs reviewed and considered.
5. There is a fee to have the song included on the project if it is chosen. The fee is $500, and includes having the compilation cd mastered, pressed, distributed and promoted as well as placing the project on all streaming outlets. Artists with songs accepted will receive 50 physical copies of the CD to sell which will recoup your investment and then some. Selling a single CD for $10 will recoup your investment and selling a double cd for $20 will double your investment back to you
NOTE **Please do not submit songs for review if you are not prepared or able to pay the fee if selected upon acceptance. No refunds will be issued after song acceptance.**
6. The CDs will be distributed as complete projects with each artist included.
7. The project will be available on all digital streaming outlets.
8. Writers and publishers will be registered on the project to receive their own royalties as usual through their PRO's. Release forms will be required from project owner including artist, songwriter(s) and publisher(s). We do not keep any of your writer, publisher or streaming royalties.
9. Artist's name, songwriter's name(s) and song title will be included on all materials and merchandise associated with the project.
10. MP3's will be sufficient for song review; however, if selected a .wav file will be required along with all song metadata information. If you do not have an ISRC Code one can be issued.
11. If the song you are submitting is chosen to be included on one of the projects, you will be notified and invoiced for the fee, which will be due on receipt in order to complete the project and timely release.
