NRAA Equipment Booking Form

NRAA EQUIPMENT BOOKING FORM
This Equipment Booking Form must be received by the NRAA at least 7 days (and no more than 90 days) prior to the nominated Pick up Date, before any equipment will be made available to the borrower. This Booking Form needs to be considered and approved by the NRAA.

CONDITIONS OF HIRING

Any faults, damage or loss of equipment must be reported to the NRAA on return.

Equipment must be returned clean, dry, complete and correctly packed, with products matched to their product box (by serial number).

Where applicable, the cost of replacing, cleaning or repairing damaged equipment (where damage is not considered "fair wear and tear") will be invoiced to the borrowing team.

Fair wear and tear is minor cosmetic damage that does not in any way affect the functionality of the equipment.

If an equipment type is not selected, it is counted as zero and won't be shown on the booking form. This means even when the quantity dropdown option is showing as 1, if the equipment type is not ticked, the item will not be included in the booking.
