Te Atatū membership suspension
We are always happy to pause your account when you are unable to come to the gym.

Here are a couple of things that you need to know about pauses:

---> We do not do indefinite pauses. We need an end date for your pause period
---> There is no retrospective pausing (i.e. suspensions cannot be back dated)

---> Minimum pause period is 2 week
---> In any 12-month period you may freeze your Membership for up to 6 week

Please note

There is a one-off admin fee of $35 for each suspension. (Please note that this fee will not be charged until our brand new studio opens.)

Membership pauses will be processed within one week of submission.

When processed we will send you an email to confirm that your pause has been processed.
