I express my intent in purchasing a house and land package and entering into land and build contracts.
1. I together with submission of this document shall pay a $5,000 deposit to GR8 Property. This deposit will be utilised to fund both land and build deposits.
2. I agree to pay any remaining deposit to the land agent or builder if $5,000 is not sufficient tocover the total deposit costs.
3. I acknowledge that land and building contracts will be communicated to me by DocuSign or asimilar electronic form and I will execute and return these within 3 days of receipt.
4. I acknowledge that where plans are provided, they are preliminary and may be changed by theseller or the builder prior to the execution of the Contract for Sale.
5. I acknowledge that if for any reason I am unable to complete the purchase of the house and land package I will forfeit my deposit.
6. I authorise the release of my information from my referrer, builder, nominated conveyancer,lawyer, settlement agent or finance broker for this property to GR8 Property.
7. I authorise the release of my information from GR8 Property to my referrer, nominatedconveyancer, lawyer, settlement agent, finance broker, builder, developer or land agent, for thisproperty.
