You are giving permission to Crate & Collar to act on your behalf, and in your pets best interest by obtaining immediate veterinary care, as soon as possible, in the case of an emergency. In the unlikely case of an emergency, owner will be contacted first and then the pet will be taken to the owners preferred veterinarian, or nearest emergency veterinary facility, at the owners expense. **Zero Tolerance Aggression Policy** In our efforts to accommodate all pets entrusted to our care, we may find it necessary to address any concerning behaviors with owners. Due to spatial limitations within our residence, prolonged separation of dogs displaying aggression is not feasible. Should your pet exhibit signs of aggression during their stay, a temporary isolation period for acclimatization will be implemented, followed by a gradual reintroduction process to assess their behavior. If these interventions fail to yield desired results, the safety of our household members and guests takes precedence. In such cases, the booking will be cancelled, and owners will have 24 hours to retrieve their pet. In the event that such arrangements cannot be facilitated and local assistance is unavailable, we are prepared to offer referrals to alternative providers and provide assistance throughout the transition period. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this matter and invite you to reach out should you require further clarification or have any questions regarding this policy. Please sign below.
