Counselor Supervisor Applicants:
The applicant will submit a written summary of two-four (2-4) pages of the applicant's supervision of at least one sexuality counselor supervisee, including the applicant's supervision orientation, the utilization of concepts deemed appropriate to the specific case, as well as one (1) or two (2) examples of an intervention which allowed for change in the supervisee. The summary should focus on the supervisory process.
Educator Supervisor Applicants:
Applicants must provide a written summary of the supervision of at least one of the applicant's supervisees, including the applicant's supervisory style and the utilization of concepts deemed appropriate to the specific educational setting. The summary should focus on the supervision process provided by the supervisor-in-training.
Applicants should include in the summary their perception of supervisory roles and relationships, power and privilege, specific concepts as it relates to the case discussion, contextual factors regarding diversity and inclusion, and ethical factors involved in the supervisory process.
Therapy Supervisor Applicants:
The applicant will submit a written summary of their supervision of at least one (1) of their supervisees, including the candidate's therapeutic orientation and the utilization of concepts deemed appropriate to the specific case. The summary should focus on the supervisory process.
