    Here is the process for participating in
    Round 2 of the
    2024 SBC Safe Inside Seminar Series:

    FIRST: Refer to the 2023 Seminar List with Confirmed Sponsors on the SBC Website by clicking here: REFER TO LIVE SEMINAR SCHEDULE . This will give you a good sense of where we presented in 2023, and who sponsored.

    2024 Seminar Sponsor Pricing – Big Savings Available!*

    • Package Pricing
      • Speaking Sponsorships (includes free Table Top):
        • QTY 1-2: $2,500 each
        • QTY 3-4: $2,250 each [save 10%]
        • QTY 5+: $1,875 each [save 25%]
      • Table Tops:
        • QTY 1-2: $999 each
        • QTY 3-4: $899 each [save 10%]
        • QTY 5+: $750 each [save 25%]

    *All seminar sponsorships require membership renewal commitment

    For 2024: Improved access to sponsorship opportunities:

    • Increasing number of available sponsor tables to 8 per event (space permitting).
    • All member orgs are welcome to sponsor, regardless of sponsor mix. (No vetos or blocking by other sponsors.)

    THE PROCESS: THIS IS ROUND 2!

    1. Submit your Speaker and Table Top Desired Cities using the form below. 
    2. First-Come - First Served
    3. We will do our best to accomodate all.

    RULES

    1. Submittal Opening Date: Wednesday, December 20th at Midnight ET / 9:00p PT
    2. Cities will be assigned on a first-come first-served basis. 
    3. Sponsors must confirm and commit to invoicing at time of selection. 
    4. Some Table-Top sponsorship slots are "Reserved" until 60 days prior to the event. This is to save space for new members and others who were not able to participate in Round One selections.

      ADVANCE reservations for these slots cannot be accepted. New members in 2024 will have first option on these dates.

      You can indicate your interest in these slots beginning at 9am ET on the dates they become available
